This book explores the work of eight artists from Ethiopia, Mexico, India, Taiwan, Czechoslovakia, Italy, the United States and the Navajo Nation. The artists have a range of styles emanating from their diverse identities and cultures. Each artist’s section opens with a full spread image, as the wondrous art deserves ample treatment. The opening images establish the color for the chapter titles, with all of the artists’ colors coming together in the contents.
